Click New

Virtual Machine

Click Next

Specify the virtual machine name

Define the location where the virtual machine will be stored

Choose Generation 2

Assign memory (RAM)

Choose Network Card for Virtual Machine (you must have created one while setting up Hyper-V)

Create virtual disk

Choose its location where it will be saved

Choose its size in Gigabyte

Select ISO file for installation of the operating system

Review your settings and click Finish

Congratulation, you have created virtual machine in hyper V
