The time that you hear is Default server/freeswitch location time.
However if your client location or one of your satellite office is in a different time zone then talking client will still announce server time & date. To rectify the issue head over to
Menu > Dialplan > Dialplan Manager > domain-variables
and add the following line in domain-variables dialplan manager
action set timezone=Australia/Perth true
