IT support for offices in the Sydney CBD and city fringe

The Sydney CBD is Australia's largest business district. Financial services, law firms, consultancies and corporate head offices fill the towers along George, Pitt and Macquarie Streets and around Barangaroo, while smaller practices and start-ups take floors in older buildings and serviced offices throughout the city.

The city fringe has its own character: hospitality and tourism around The Rocks and Circular Quay, media, technology and entertainment businesses in Pyrmont, and retail, education and the Tech Central precinct around Haymarket.

Most CBD businesses already run on Microsoft 365 and cloud services. We support that setup remotely day to day and schedule onsite visits from our Norwest office for the work that needs a technician in the room.

How we work in Sydney

How we support CBD offices: remote first, onsite by booking

Our helpdesk works remotely on the problems city staff raise most often: Teams and Outlook faults, sign-in and MFA prompts, shared mailbox access and printing. During business hours, most are sorted out remotely without a visit.

Onsite work in the city, including hardware installs, network and Wi-Fi changes and office moves, is booked in advance. Visits are scheduled with you, and we coordinate building access and loading dock bookings where needed.

With managed IT, devices are monitored, patched and backed up wherever staff are working, so a hybrid team stays protected whether they're in the tower or at home.

FAQs

IT support in Sydney — common questions

Do you provide onsite IT support in the Sydney CBD?

Yes, for scheduled work. Hardware installs, network setup and office moves in the CBD, The Rocks, Barangaroo, Pyrmont and Haymarket are done in person and booked in advance. Day-to-day support is remote and available during business hours, Monday to Friday.

How do onsite visits work in the city?

Onsite work in the city is booked in advance and we'll confirm a time with you, with building access arranged beforehand. Urgent problems are worked on remotely first, and urgent outages for managed clients that need someone onsite are prioritised.

We're in a serviced office. Do we still need an IT provider?

Often, yes. Serviced offices usually provide internet and Wi-Fi, but your laptops, Microsoft 365, security, backups and user accounts remain your responsibility. We look after those parts so your team is protected, supported and ready to move if you outgrow the space.

Can you support our move to a new CBD office?

Yes. We plan the network and Wi-Fi around the building's cabling, coordinate access and dock bookings, move and reconnect equipment and test everything before staff arrive. Moves are scheduled in advance so disruption to the team is kept to a minimum.

Do you manage Microsoft 365 for CBD businesses?

Yes. We set up, migrate, secure and administer Microsoft 365, including email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, and can take over an existing tenancy without migrating anything. Licensing and security settings are reviewed first, then the tenancy is managed as part of your support.
